Custom lamp from a Steve Chase designed house, made by Richard Lindley, circa 1980. Richard Lindley made custom lighting for all the top decorators in Los Angeles and Palm Springs in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.

A French terracotta oil jar with twisted handles is mounted on 2" thick Lucite base with a 3" long Lucite stem. Jar shows remnants of original wax seals. Adjustable height double cluster set up with pull chains and shade leveler takes two 75 watt bulbs. Newly rewired with inline on-off switch. Original custom shade made of off white nubby fabric shows minor wear. A couple of small scratches to underside of Lucite base.

Measures 25” diameter x 30” high. Jar is 13” diameter. Lucite base is 9.5 square.
